Plax is my Hero

This fall we committed to the world of high-def with a small little flatscreen for our cozy living room. So, of course, we got to have some folks over for the SupaBowl (and mostly, really snacks made by liz.)
As you would think, a house full of people living in Colorado, most originally from the midwest, there was no real vested interest in a team from New
Plax!!

Oh, excuse me, wrong picture.. ah, yes:

Plaxico Burress hauled in the game wining touchdown thrown by Elisha Manning with less than a minute to go in the game. Freakin' Sweet. The Perfect Pats had basically been crowned the champions since week 3 of the regular season, and the sports media over the last two weeks had spent all of their time explaining in exquisite detail how the Giants had no chance. I absolutely love it when the big chump on the block takes it right in the mouth.
Though, like i said, most of the crew in the room was more interested in the ads, and i'm pretty sure that the second E-Trade spot with the talking baby and the clown took the prize for the night.
It also appears that i will be finally getting down to Ecuador for work this week, leaving Tuesday morning and getting back next week Thursday. So, if there is radio silence over the next week or so, just know i'm busy swatting mosquito's and swinging from vines.

plax is my hero it was the best idea to tune into the 4th quarter and watch the amazingness that happened.
Plax!!!!!!!!!!! I love that guy! I'm still hurting that Charles Rogers didn't pan out though.
