Friday Comic of the Week

I've been debating it, and i think that i am going to begin posting my favorite webcomic from the weeks offerings, if only to cause at least 1 weekly post if i like it or not. Seeing as how i spend too much time reading online comics anyways, i should at least attempt to share the pure genius that is out there.

Seeing as how this is an innaugural thing, i'll post a few - one from this week, and another from a couple weeks ago that still makes me chuckle. Click on the picture for the entire strip.

This is from Tatsuya Ishida's Sinfest, who's style I absolutely love and has the the devil, Jesus, Buddha and God (in the form of a Gothically styled font, and occasionally a hand in the sky) as recurring characters. Brilliant.

And this week's official winner is from Nicholas Gurewitch, the genius behind the ongoing comic Perry Bible Fellowship. Both of these comics can get a little weird and explicit at times, so before you get all clicky, know that it may not be your sense of humor. You have been warned.

Happy Friday!

Which comic had you not read before? Also, what are your favorites - think you read any that i may not have heard of?

I added sinfest to my daily comics. I read Cyanide and Happiness, Penny Arcade and Rooster Teeth, the creators of Red vs Blue make one also about themselves. I read Perry Bible Fellowship every now and then, when their is a new one.

this is unrelated to comics--have you ever had St. Bernardus Abt 12 (Belgium abbey ale) I discovered it this week at my brother's co-op in Madison--good stuff.

Sar - no, i haven't, but i LOVE belgian ales, we have the new belgium brewery down the street from us that does its best to keep me happy. :)
